Return Window<\/h3>\n\n

Return requests must be submitted within [3 days]<\/code> of delivery. To request a return, email: love @ arbovo.com<\/code> with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.<\/p>\n\n

Return Condition<\/h3>\n\n

Returned items must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n

Return Shipping<\/h3>\n\n

[Customer]<\/code> is responsible for return shipping costs when the return is not due to damage, defect, or an Arbovo fulfillment error. If a prepaid label is offered, its cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted.<\/p>\n\n

Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n\n

The following are not eligible for return unless required by law or covered by a product issue:<\/p>\n\n

  • Final-sale or clearance items<\/li>\n\n
  • Gift cards<\/li>\n\n
  • Items marked non-returnable on the product page<\/li>\n\n
  • Items that have been assembled, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items<\/h3>\n\n

    Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact love@arbovo.com<\/code> within [48 hours]]<\/code> of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. Please keep all packaging until we resolve the claim.<\/p>\n\n

    Refund Timing<\/h3>\n\n

    After your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [15 business days]<\/code>. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.<\/p>\n\n
